Aspen can be implemented in two ways: self-configured by the laboratory or configured with assistance from Telecation's staff of Implementation Specialists.

A self-configured system could be configured by your company personnel or a local consultant. The cost of this option is lower and your company will have a better working knowledge of the system and the customization. However implementation may take longer perhaps up to 40% longer.

A Telecation configured system gives shared responsibility of the system configuration to both Telecation and to your facility. The time required to implement the system is substantially less due to the fact that our Product Specialists have already passed through the learning curve expected from a new user. In addition, since Telecation has already been involved with so many laboratories of your type, we may be able to pass along a number of great ideas to enhance your complete system. However, implementation may increase the overall cost of your system by $5,000 or more.
