  In process samples can be automatically scheduled by Aspen LIMS' scheduled login module using one of three scheduling processes available:
  1. Frequency based (multiple times per day) with increments during defined time periods according to a day-of-week schedule.
  2. Calendar based where each day can have its own schedule.
  3. Process unit based scheduling according to specified times for various sampling points.
• Specification Limit Checking - Whether samples are batch oriented or from a continuous process, they can be compared against product specifications and automatically flagged when "out of spec".
• Instrument data capture and checking - Interface various chemical and physical laboratory instrumentation for fast and accurate results transfer. Automatically calculate significant figures, units of measure, and rounding.
• Offer vast amounts of business intelligence and reporting options to aid in the communication of status and results of testing and analysis, thus simplifying certificate of analysis reporting.
• Process automation and integration with Enterprise systems - Link to ERP/MRP systems to receive sample/test schedules according to production requirements.
• Provide a scalable technology solution that can meet and adapt to growing customer needs
